Mississippi voters would like lawmakers and state leaders to safeguard public education dollars in the face of a massive state budget shortfall that may amount to as much as $800 million this fiscal year. The spring quarterly Millsaps College/Chism Strategies State of the State Survey finds nearly 90% of Mississippi voters are very or somewhat concerned with the pandemic and the possibility of themselves or someone in their family becoming ill.
A nationwide TEXT-IT Poll ® by Chism Strategies revealed that Democratic primary voters across the country rank ideological balance ahead of gender diversity (43% - 23%) when asked about the best way to balance the ticket. However, when offered a list of potential Vice-Presidential candidates to choose from, the top four choices were women.
Yesterday we launched our TEXT-IT Exit Poll in Super Tuesday states. We interviewed 585 Democratic primary voters with a 10 question survey across four different time zones and produced an accurately weighed report with a 4.05% Margin of Error less than 24 hours from the start of surveys to the completion of the report.
