Kathryn joins our team after over a decade in the non-profit sector and with first-hand campaign experience. After a run for State Senate in 2019, she was elected to her local school board in 2020.
She started a choral music program in Marks, Mississippi in 2004; ran a statewide arts non-profit; and worked for Teach For America as the Chief of Staff for the Greater Delta region.
Kathryn and her partner, Joe, live in Water Valley, Mississippi with their two children. She just produced the Fall 2021 season of the Thacker Mountain Radio Hour for fun.
